We contracted with Raye Construction LLC after meeting with several local custom home builders. We were impressed with the owner Kevin Swartz and his ability to capture our vision of the home plan and features we wanted. Raye Construction offered a very completive "turn key price" that was very attractive to us. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and kept us posted on progress and issues the whole way thru. He would quickly address any issues we brought up to our satisfaction. The house was delivered on schedule and within 1% of the contracted price, even with the changes we made along the way. We are very happy with the delivered home and with the work provided by Kevin, Raye Construction, the subK's and vendors involved with delivering our lake front retirement home.
