Kevin Swartz’s journey in homebuilding began with Heavenly Homes - Kevin R. Swartz, Inc., where he built over 150 homes for a diverse range of clients. His work with Heavenly Homes helped him establish a strong foundation in the industry, where he built his reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. After spending some time in the corporate world, Kevin decided to return to his passion for building homes, founding Raye Construction in 2019. This new venture was created to serve clients who seek truly custom homes — homes built specifically to their vision and specifications.
